What to Expect from Beretta Support?

Please note this form is ONLY to request to send your Firearm in to our Beretta Service Center for Repair Service.

Please complete the form to the fullest of details and information.

In the notes section, please be as specific as possible when describing the issues and the events leading up to it. Please list all ammo and amounts shot through the gun. If there are more issues than spaces allotted, please include these in the comments as well.

Once you complete your service order, you will receive an email with your order details. Please print this and place it in the box.

• If your firearm is determined to be under warranty, you will receive an additional email with further instructions.
• If your firearm is outside the warranty period, you will be provided a quote once our gunsmith team have evaluated your firearm.

Our current turnaround time for repairs is 6 weeks.
